Show Time 02:00
Brand new song recorded specifically for this release. It's a pretty straightforward song about all the local gigs I'm playing now as an adult, and reflecting on not fitting in while growing up. Previously unreleased. Lyrics: If I don't fit in well I guess it shouldn't come as a surprise I've never tried to surf the trendy waves that start to rise When everybody around me battles for their social standing I just don't worry because it's all too demanding I'm not just acting out a part I'm makin' friends while makin' art Even with that said, it's always show time in my heart Packing up the Cavalier once again Another local show I'm playin' Chase your dreams and be true to yourself Be everything you ever wanted to be I'm not just acting out a part I'm makin' friends while makin' art Even with that said, it's always showtime in my heart

Up Til 3 AM 01:49
Brand new song recorded for this release. It's about staying up late watching vintage sci-fi movies online, and blaming it on modern technology. Previously unreleased. Lyrics: Draggin' my feet at work today Because last night I stayed up late I said I'd go to bed at 12 But didn't listen to myself Last night I stayed up late because I was watching sci-fi Last night I stayed up late and I'm blaming it on wi-fi Got an endless database Of vintage films from outer space I'll never get a full night's rest again I'm up til 3 AM I went to bed at 1 AM But the aliens showed up again The sound effects kept me awake Even though they sounded fake Last night I stayed up late because I was watching sci-fi Last night I stayed up late and I'm blaming it on wi-fi Got an endless database Of vintage films from outer space I'll never get a full night's rest again I'm up til 3 AM

Mariah Dibbs 01:33
Another brand new recording special for this release, but I actually wrote it back in late 2013. I didn't finish the lyrics until recording it in 2016, however. The origin of the high school legend told in the song was actually from a dream I had, in which one of my friends was upset that he didn't get to take some girl named Mariah Dibbs out on a date to a basketball game. This song is pure fiction and I don't even know if anyone named Mariah Dibbs even exists. Previously unreleased. Lyrics: My buddy met her at the basketball game I almost had a heart attack when he said her name Because I recognized instantly She's the girl on a killing spree Even if you're full of doubt You better run away if she asks you out Mariah Dibbs Woah oh oh oh oh Mariah Dibbs have you heard of her? Mariah Dibbs Woah oh oh oh oh Mariah Dibbs She's a murderer My friends all say she looks like a beauty queen And anyone could fall for her without knowing a thing They could be tempted by all her charms Unaware that she carries fire arms Her hair looks nice and smells great too I think uses pretty girl shampoo Mariah Dibbs Woah oh oh oh oh Mariah Dibbs have you heard of her? Mariah Dibbs Woah oh oh oh oh Mariah Dibbs She's a murderer

Evelyn 02:49
The fourth and final brand new song, this one is a little surf ditty about missing a surfer girl who seems to have forgotten my existence. Think Beach Boys influence. Previously unreleased. Lyrics: Do you remember? The way I felt 'bout you when you when we hung out Most every day But now the skies look grey You've gone away And I can't see you smile It's been too long, it's been quite awhile Oh no You left me on my own Now you're gone Evelyn please don't forget about me (ba ba ba ba ba) Evelyn please don't forget about me (ba ba ba ba ba) Do you remember? Back when we both said we'd learn how to surf We never did But who am I to kid? And now I sit I'll never learn to surf I'll just keep skateboarding on my turf Oh no You left me all alone You're gone Evelyn please don't forget about me (ba ba ba ba ba) Evelyn please don't forget about me (ba ba ba ba ba) Evelyn please don't forget about me (ba ba ba ba ba) Evelyn please don't forget about me (ba ba ba ba ba) There'll be no surfin' with you

N64 with You 02:02
I wrote and recorded this one in the spring of 2013 as a gift for a girl I liked at the time, then gave it to her on a CD-R with hand -drawn artwork. This was around the same time I started recording Get Rad so I always lump it in as an "unused Get Rad track". Previously unreleased to the general public.
6.
Zombies 01:04
Wow. I wrote and recorded this one in like an hour while working on the Get Rad album during the summer of 2013. I don't even know why. I don't even like zombies or the whole zombie trend. And then I posted it on bandcamp for like 2 days as a "single" that was supposedly going to be on Get Rad. As you can see, I removed it from the internet only a couple days later (maybe less) and it didn't end up being on that album. Well, here it is available once again for no good reason. I guess this has technically been "previously released", but in "limited quantities" or something. Ha!
7.
Stupid Mario 00:39
Summer 2013 recording from the Get Rad sessions. Ever played Super Mario 64? If you collect all of the stars in the game, you get to meet Yoshi. But all he does is give you a bunch of extra lives, which are completely useless at this point. Wow. You don't even get to ride on him like in the Super Nintendo games. Classic game otherwise, but woooow really? Previously unreleased.
8.
Vampire Girl 02:29
Everybody seems to like this track. I wrote it in fall of 2013 right after Get Rad was released, and everybody at shows loved it instantly. It was obviously too late to put it on that album though, so I recorded it in December of that year and released it digitally as a single. Previously released on the Vampire Girl single.

Written in the fall of 2013 right after Get Rad was released. The lyrics are 100% literal and were written about a girl in one of my college classes that semester. This song was used as a B-side for the digital Vampire Girl single in December of 2013. Previously released on the Vampire Girl single.
10.
Recorded in spring 2014 about a broken heart. What else? It soon appeared along with the song Your Semester on a digital EP. Your Semester ended up being used on the Learning Lessons album, but this song hasn't been on a full length until now. Previously released on the Nerdmester EP.
11.
It's about exploring the land of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda. Previously released as a digital single in the summer of 2014.
12.
Just a song about going on a date to Winn-Dixie. Cool. Aside from a demo version posted for friends and family on my personal facebook page in the summer of 2014, this song has never seen the light of day. Previously unreleased.
13.
This song is based on my job as a soda jerk at a local amusement park from 2011-2013, I recorded this one in fall 2014 with the intention of using it on the Learning Lessons album, but I wasn't satisfied with the repetitive chord structure. I still like this one though, it's kind of anthemic in a way. Previously unreleased.
14.
Recorded in the fall of 2014 with the intention of being used on the Learning Lessons album. That album had a lot of songs so I had to cut a few, but I still find this one pretty funny. It's about the hunt for the perfect vintage phone. Previously unreleased.
15.
Another one of the many songs recorded during the Learning Lessons recording sessions. This song has a Lagwagon vibe if you ask me. Check out their song Alien 8 to see what I mean. This one was originally supposed to be the first track on Learning Lessons but I ultimately went with Down to Earth instead. Previously unreleased.
16.
This was the first of three tracks on the 2015 EP, which was released both digitally and on CD-R. Written about my girlfriend at the time. Previously released on the 2015 EP.
17.
I wrote this one in 2014, but didn't record it until 2015. I was playing it at shows for a good while before recording it. It's a staple and people always laugh at it. I should have recorded it in time for Learning Lessons but I didn't. Wow Alex. Previously released on the 2015 EP.
18.
Track 3 of 3 on the 2015 EP. Written based on a trip to the fair with the girl I was dating at that time. Previously released on the 2015 EP.
19.
In 2016 my friend Liam asked me to write and record a theme song for a show he was working on called BOOM! The show centered around a couple of geeks who spend their lives hiding out in a bomb shelter and reviewing geek media. Unfortunately things didn't go as planned and production on the show was ultimately cancelled. I was paid $100 to record this. Woah. Previously unreleased.
20.
Song from the Do Something Cool sessions in 2016. In the end it wasn't used though, which is kind of silly considering I ended up putting zero ukulele tracks on that record. Previously unreleased.
